Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be shipped once order and payment is completed. Our shipping days are from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holiday). The prices shown on our website is not include any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery rate and will be informed as additional charge according to the delivery rate price. Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons, early release of collection or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.

Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes done by our part in the order(s).

Rates

We deliver worldwide. The posting rate is determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Returns & Exchanges

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size for the same design, subject to our stock availability. Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, **exchange will be accepted within 7 days (for local) and 15 days (for international) of receipt. Sold item are not refundable.

Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. However, customers are advised to notify us at [email protected] by quoting the order number and the product details.

**Sale Items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
